2020 is on the horizon. Not only is it a new year, but it is a new decade. Come join us at the Intentions + Things Workshop to start the new year with vision and intention.
Intentions and goals are the yin and yang of growth, development, and focus. Goals can be framed as what you want to do or achieve, whereas intentions are how you want to feel or be in the world. Let's decide right now that we are showing up in 2020 fierce and determined to be our best selves. In whatever way(s) that looks like for each of us.
To center our time together, you'll receive a copy of The Weekly Self-Care Planner so you can start 2020 off on the right foot - organized, intentional, and purposeful. The workshop will be full of exercises to get you reflecting on 2019 and clarifying your vision for 2020. We will focus our intentions on the following areas: mental, physical, spiritual, financial, professional, and interpersonal.

What is The Weekly Self-Care Planner?
The Weekly Self-Care Planner is part journal, part scheduler. It is undated for your convenience. And 100% focused on your goals and development. Each month you are prompted to set one or two intentions to focus upon. And you have space within the planner to jot down your weekly to-do lists and goals. At the end of the month, you are asked to keep a gratitude journal and to reflect on your progress towards your intentions and goals. The intention behind the planner is to keep you focused on you, and what matters most to you.
Do I need to bring anything to the workshop?
Nope! All supplies will be provided. Just come with an open mind and ready to clarify your vision for 2020.
